My most recent purchase came from the need of bigger storage, so I ended up getting a Seagate SATA de 7200 RPM of 500Gb for my MBP and a Eagle (ET-CS2MSU2-BK R) external enclosure to accommodate the HDD that i will be replacing. All came to a total of $120 with shipping and handling

The external enclosure is build from a metallic mesh that allows the HDD to be in contact with fresher air and to dissipate heat.
